The Pay It Forward for LVZ day was created in 2018 in memory of Lindsay Michelle Van-Zant. Lindsay passed away on January 29, 2018, at just 35-years-old, after bravely fighting a rare form of cancer.
Lindsay was beautiful, strong, smart, quick-witted, and a little feisty! Most importantly, she had the biggest heart and was always selfless, generous, and caring. She truly made this world a better place.
So, we (Lindsay's family and friends) got to thinking... imagine how much brighter the world would be if we all came together to spread a little kindness. A simple act of kindness can have a tremendous impact and spread seeds of happiness.
Now, every year on Lindsay's birthday—September 12th—a Pay It Forward day is held in her memory. Since this day started, its reach has grown quickly, with individuals from all across the world participating.
Whether you personally knew Lindsay or not, please join us on September 12th every year to Pay It Forward! It doesn't matter if your act of kindness is something big or small. It just matters that you simply do something nice for someone.
